What does March, AquaBall and National Nutrition Month have in common? Why everything!
As parents we know how hard it is to get kids to get healthy and to make the right choices when it comes to eating healthy. As an adult, I know that it’s hard to eat healthy and stay hydrated. Let alone be a good example for our kids!
Below is an infographic that I think is a terrific reminder to all parents on how we can help our kids make healthier choices and to take good care of themselves (and it’s a good reminder to us too!)
We don’t allow our youngest to drink any type of sugary beverages. Our oldest is allowed a pop occasionally. I quit drinking pop for the most part a year ago. I will occasionally have a can of pop, but it’s maybe once a month if at all. My husband is doing better about cutting back.
A few months ago, we had the opportunity to do a review on AquaBall. We all actually drink it now. It makes my youngest want to drink her water more and she thinks it’s “juice”. You can check out our review here.
What are some of the ways you are trying to keep your family healthy?
