The question is quite simple….What do you feed your pet?
Look at your the ingredients in your pets food. Can you pronounce the words? Secondly would YOU eat those items?
If you are like us, our pets are like our children. We make sure they have the medical appts/shots they did, fed products that are good for them and take care of them. We have always made sure they have eaten well. So when we recently had the opportunity to work with Freshpet. We readily accepted.
We really like Freshpet’s mission. I
Freshpet has a single-minded mission – to improve the lives of dogs and cats everywhere through the power of fresh, natural food. Packed with vitamins and proteins, Freshpet foods offer fresh meats, poultry, and vegetables farmed locally. The Freshpet Kitchens then thoughtfully prepare these natural ingredients and everyday essentials, cooking them in small batches at lower temperatures to preserve key nutrients. That way, your pet gets the best. Freshpet refrigerated foods and treats are kept cool from the moment they are made until they arrive at Freshpet refrigerators in your local market
I really like on their site how you can select the right food for your pet by going here.
We had no problem finding Freshpet at our local Krogers. It is in the refrigerated part of the pet food section.
At first our dog wasn’t sure of the texture, but once she tried it, she loved it. So much she cleaned the bowl totally clean!
